The Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee
At Eco2o, we strive to offer durable, long lasting products. To back this up, we now have the Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee. All Eco2o Bottles and accessories (such as caps) produced by Eco2o come with the Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee against manufacturer defects. We want this to be the last water bottle you ever buy, and with proper care and maintenance we’re confident it can be.
Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chipped paint, or running over with your car are not covered under the Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee.
Accessories by other manufacturers, such as bottle insulators, are covered by the warranty of the original manufacturer. They only qualify for warranty return/replacement through Eco2o if purchased from Eco2o.com, and it has been less than or equal to 30 days of the original date of purchase.
Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee Return/Replacement
If Purchased From Eco2o
If you bought your Eco2o Bottle (or accessory) directly from us at Eco2o.com, and decide to return it within 30 days we’ll refund the original cost of the bottle less shipping and handling, or replace the product for you. If it has been past 30 days of the original date of purchase and it has been determined that your bottle (or accessory) has a manufacturers defect, we’ll gladly replace your bottle for you under the Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee.
If NOT Purchased From Eco2o
If you purchased your Eco2o Bottle (or accessory) from a retailer other than Eco2o.com, and it has been 30 days or less, it is often easier to return it to that retailer, avoiding shipping charges and the hassle of being without your Eco2o Bottle. If you purchased your Eco2o Bottle (or accessory) from an organization conducting a fundraiser, and it has been determined that your bottle has a manufacturer defect, we will be happy to replace the bottle for you. Please note, no refunds will be given for product purchased anywhere other than Eco2o.com.
To begin the return or exchange process please contact us at shop@eco2o.com and provide us with the following information: Name, Address, Order #, Date of order, and the reason for returning or exchanging your Eco2o product. Returned product must be in new, unused condition.
Conditions
During normal use paint can be chipped off, unfortunately this is the nature of all things painted. This kind of paint chipping is not covered by the Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee. If the paint is easily peeling off or flaking off this is covered by the Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee.
A deformed or bulged bottom is usually a sign that the Eco2o bottle has been frozen or heated, both of which will void the Eco2o Lifetime Leak-Free Guarantee. To learn how to properly care for your Eco2o bottle please consult our FAQ’s page.
Please note that the Sport cap is NOT leak free. This cap can leak if the bottle is held upside down. The cap is still covered under the Leak-Free Guarantee for any manufacturer defects.
If you are unsure that the problem you are experiencing is in fact a manufacturer defect, please consult our FAQ’s page to ensure that you are caring for and cleaning your Eco2o Bottle properly.
